Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location.

Canada & United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to shipping carrier issues or high order volume.

Piérro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
